Leon began his career with ACB in 1981 in the MIS Control Department. A couple years later, his exemplary performance didn’t go unnoticed. He was promoted to Supervisor Control, and later to the position of MIS/Sales Coordinator. Since then, Leon has worked his way up the ranks and garnered deep experience with the ins and outs of ACB’s technology services and production functions. Currently, Leon is responsible for providing technical and operational support to our New York Sales and Finance teams, as well as administrative support for ACB services from reporting and documentation systems to data analysis.
Outside of ACB, Leon is known to his family and friends as “the next Top Chef.” He regularly cooks, bakes, and hosts holiday events for loved ones. He’s also a fan of keeping fit at the gym, doing activities with his wife and spending time with his grandchildren.

The Brian McShane Memorial Career Development Grant
We're committed to supporting employees' growth and professional development at ACB. In 2022, we established this grant in memory of Brian McShane. As he said, "Without the hard work and outstanding service of our employees, ACB would not have realized its past and present positive results and would not be set up for our exciting plans for growth as we move forward." This grant may be used for any accredited coursework, program or professional certification that will advance the applicant’s career at ACB.
