John plays a critical role in charting ACB’s long-term growth and portfolio development, helping to drive the future of our organization and shape its competitiveness in the marketplace. John continues to be involved in developing both new business solutions and customer service improvements for ACB’s valued clients. He currently serves on ACB’s Board of Directors and is a senior member of ACB’s Executive Committee. John received his MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and bachelor’s degrees in both Business Administration & Political Science from Rutgers University.
Mike is responsible for all business operations and personnel management of over 300 client services professionals. Mike has worked in the Co-op administration and consumer/channel incentives field for 35+ years, serving in various operational management positions. Mike guides ACB’s day to day operations, including the allocation and management of resources required to administer the trade promotion and incentive programs of clients serviced by ACB. Mike is a leader and key contributor to ACB’s growth and success. Mike also serves as a senior member of ACB’s Executive Committee.
David is responsible for leading all new sales, account management, and marketing initiatives. As head of the sales and marketing department, David works closely with his team to develop ACB’s go-to-market strategies, improve ACB’s position in the marketplace, and develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients. David is a senior member of ACB’s Executive Committee and represents the future generation of ACB’s leadership team. David received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Scranton.
Over her 20+ years with ACB, Monica has cultivated extensive experience in many aspects of the business and brings a unique perspective to ACB’s leadership team. In 2018, Monica championed an initiative to establish a new department within ACB to facilitate the successful onboarding and implementation of new client programs and drive all new product development initiatives. This department, and Monica’s involvement, have been instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction with ACB services and a growing footprint within our industry. Monica is also leading a digital transformation at ACB by evaluating business processes, organizations, products, services, and business models for constant improvement. Monica’s efforts have helped build a reputation for superior service, commitment to ongoing success, and strengthening relationships through innovation.
Vice President of Marketing
Russ is responsible for ACB corporate marketing initiatives and communications. In his 30+ years with ACB, Russ has written dozens of programs for new ACB clients across a wide range of consumer and B2B segments. Prior to managing ACB’s marketing initiatives, Russ served as VP of Account Management and successfully recruited and worked with many of ACB’s largest clients and ACB teams to ensure excellence in customer service, program administration, and evaluation. During his impressive career, Russ quickly rose to a leadership position within ACB and harnessed a deep understanding of Co-op strategy and program management, helping implement a variety of successful channel marketing programs on behalf of our clients. Russ is an honors graduate of Dickinson College.
Kevin has been with ACB for 30+ years, serving in various management roles on the operations and production side of our business. In 2011, Kevin was promoted to the position of Director of Production, Payment Services Group. This is ACB’s largest division and includes our fastest growing services: consumer and trade incentives programs. Since 2017, Kevin has been the General Manager of the Memphis office, and in 2019, Kevin was promoted to Vice President/General Manager. Kevin has extensive industry experience and a deep understanding of ACB’s business operations. His leadership capabilities and intuitive commitment to customer service make him one of ACB's most valuable management resources. Kevin is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
As Vice President of Business Development, Charlie is a strategic leader with a proven track record of providing strategy and execution direction for clients’ channel marketing, sales incentives, and consumer promotional initiatives. Charlie joined ACB as a Sales Account Manager in 2000. With 25+ years of experience in sales, account management, and partnership development, he excels at identifying program improvement opportunities and forging strong relationships with key client stakeholders. His expertise in delivering actionable insights and recommendations allows him to optimize program models for maximum results. Through his deep domain knowledge and collaborative approach, he thrives on building success with ACB clients’ channel marketing and incentives tactics. Charlie received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from CUNY – Baruch College.
Robert is responsible for all production and client service operations at our Tempe, AZ, office. Robert is instrumental in managing several strategic client relationships, and his responsibilities include goal attainment specific to SLA performance, client satisfaction, employee development and operational leadership. Robert joined ACB in 2017 with 20+ years of experience in team leadership, client relationship development, and goal achievement. With an extensive background in operations, client services and fiscal management, Robert is a proven leader who has helped build top performing teams that consistently deliver results. Robert is a graduate of Michigan State University.
David joined ACB in 2017 after 30+ years of progressive experience leading financial planning & analysis, accounting, and administrative teams across a variety of business sectors. David works with both internal stakeholders and outside business partners and is charged with the ongoing implementation of strategic return on investment decision making processes, and best practices across multiple functional areas such as budgeting, forecasting, real estate & insurance administration, and human resources. David holds a master’s degree from SUNY Stony Brook and a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Albany.
Travis is responsible for leading the account management team and creating and building relationships with ACB’s clients. Travis and his team work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure that ACB is not only providing quality, cost-effective services, but also developing strategies and providing recommendations to help improve and grow client programs. Travis is also a senior member of ACB’s Executive Committee with a very bright future as part of ACB’s leadership team. Travis received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Delaware. Go Hens!
Dennis has been advising the ACB leadership team and the Board of Directors on strategy, planning, and financial management matters since 2015. He subsequently joined the Board, formed the Executive Committee, and was appointed Executive Chairman in early 2021. Over his 40-year career, Dennis has served as chairman or senior director for several natural resource public companies and was an investment banker with JP Morgan. He attended Harvard Business School (PMD) and SUNY New Paltz (BA Russian Studies).
Phil is responsible for day-to-day operations at our Tempe, AZ, office. Phil has 30 years of banking experience in management and finance. He has been with ACB for 14 years and in his most recent role since 2017. Phil brings extensive experience in search engine marketing to his role as Payment Service Group Manager, providing solutions, support, and strategy for existing and new clients at ACB. He also leads client onboarding and manages day-to-day functions for Co-op and Incentive accounts. Phil’s management skills and his many years of customer relationship experience ensure ACB clients continue to receive the highest level of service.

Cindy has been with ACB for 30 years, serving in various roles throughout her career. In 2017, Cindy took on the role of Sr. Manager, Payment Services Group. Cindy is responsible for production and operations of the Payment Services Group at our Memphis, TN, office. Cindy leads planning and execution to ensure client SLA achievement, team leadership, mentoring, and overall client satisfaction. With an extensive understanding of ACB’s business, resolve for planning, problem-solving, and solution-oriented approach, Cindy helps cultivate teams that consistently deliver sound solutions, process improvements, and exceptional service.
